How adorable is this dress on little Miss Valentine? Seriously...Images courtesy of Valentine
I love this photo of Dorothea Barth-Jörgensen and Anna de Rijk, what with their youthful charm and exuberance... but in all honesty, I'm mostly drawn to Anna's jumpsuit. I love the fit, print, and effortless cool that it embodies. Paired with vintage shoes, bag and belt, this certainly does a cool outfit make...
And for my latest blog installment, conveniently dubbed fashion adventurer, I would like to give props to this fine lady for her considerable fashion balls. After all, how many twenty-somethings do you know that can rock a vintage oversized jacket quite like this? Not to mention those rad leopard shorts of hers, which give her look on-trend appeal. Add a white tee, brown flats and a basic bag, and you've got yourself a look to be reckoned with...
From fitted suits and crisp collars, all the way to luxurious loafers, Italian men know a thing or two about style... Mama mia!

Can you say fashion feat five times fast? I bet this girl can... I love everything about her look, from her fitted white blazer and soft scalloped shorts, to her wicked anchor necklace and ridiculously cool platforms. And with cute bangs and a winning smile to boot, this girl has garnered some major outfit envy in my book...
This is exactly what I look like whilst sunning myself... in my dreams.

How many people do you know of that could rock leather pants, an oversized acid wash jacket and leopard print wedges? Take a moment and try to answer honestly... Yup, that's what I thought- I don't know any either. Props to you Marianne; you're an inspiration to us all...
I heart these photos of Yasmin Sewell, Vogue blogger extraordinaire and Chief Creative Consultant for Liberty of London... I like the whole androgynous vibe she has going on, what with her tailored coat and crisp shirt cleverly paired with a billowing skirt, flower adorned gloves and pretty little purse. I think she looks amazing here, hair and makeup done to perfection, with an air of sophistication and femininity about her... wouldn't you agree, mes amies?

Ok, I know I literally just posted on Hanneli, but this photo is simply too good to pass up! I'm completely in love with her vintage cut-out denim bodysuit (yes, bodysuit) and how she paired it with vintage jean shorts. Not to mention her brown belt which finishes the look, giving her casual duds a slightly more polished appearance. Say what you will friends, but personally I would like to think of this ensemble as something of a chic nod to the "Canadian tuxedo" in all of its two-tone indigo glory...
Nothing heralds the coming of Spring quite like a palate brimming with soft neutrals and floral prints...
I love this look on Hanneli Mustaparta, found on her fabulously inspirational blog, hanneli.com. It screams powerhouse woman to me, evoking a sense of nostalgia for the 90's supermodel in all of her over-the-top glory. Here Hanneli rocks a self made turban, which she expertly concocted from a Zara Scarf, an oh so coveted Alexander Wang bra top, Acne shorts topped with a vintage belt, and a wicked Zara blazer. Finishing her look with a fierce pair of Persol shades, Hanneli looks every bit the part of a fashion blogger, effortlessly embodying what it means to be cool and in-the-know. I guess that's why she herself is photographed just as much as her uber chic blog subjects are...
I came across this pic whilst checking out the fashionably fierce Karen Blanchard's blog, Where Did U Get That, and simply haaad to post this pic. I'm loving all of these bags, from her Alexander Wang leopard print drawstring, to her vintage fringe cross-body, and impressive DIY studded bag that was a thrift store find no less! Purses are pretty much my Achilles tendon of accessories, and having accumulated far more bags than I could ever store, I always feel bad coveting new ones... That said, I shouldn't feel bad for simply appreciating other people's collections, right?
If you're a high-waist loving, platform sporting, fringe-embellished flower child at heart, why not pull out all the stops this Spring with a look that screams Woodstock chic? And with a few modern twists to classic staples, these pieces will have surely garner more than just one love for your look...
I have to give the lovely lady of Fashion Chalet props for this one... I love how she chose to mix prints here, pairing a tie dye skirt with a spattered top for a fresh, au courant look. Topping things off with a peacock-print headscarf (no pun intended) and anchoring the look with those bad-ass heels of hers, our little muse clearly knows a thing or two about mixing and matching. Now if only it came so naturally to the rest of us...
